WHAT IS CARDIO BARRE?

 

Cardio Barre is a unique total body workout that tones, burns fat, and uses resistance exercises for the butt, thighs, torso, and arms to help sculpt muscles and elongate the body. It is a no impact workout that includes ballet barre work and light weights to increase a sense of center and balance.

Clients must be at least 14 years old.
